Garlic Scape Pesto.

Garlic, just in time for the vampires.. Garlic scapes are not harvested from below the earth but actually a preemptive blast from hardneck varieties of garlic. By harvesting them you restore energy back into the mass of garlic growing underground, so you are therefore benefiting yourself and the plant. They have a deluxxx mild garlic taste. Harvest them when they are looking curly Q-ed.

my recipe:
25ish garlic scapes
handful of almonds
little bit of basil i had started
maximum amounts of olive oil
hella parmesan cheese
mendo wildcrafted sea salt
herbals
a few chicken breasts
dos bags of penne.
