There are only a few days left to comment on the Minerals Management Service 5 year plan which proposes offshore drilling around the entire country. The comments must be received in Washington, DC by the end of business on Monday, September 15th.

The reason this is so important is that the Presidential Executive Order to protect our coasts has been lifted by President George Bush. Within a few days, the Congressional Moratorium may be partially or totally lifted. There will be no protection for our coast.
