Brassica.

Brassicas known commonly as Cabbage or Mustards, native in the wild in western Europe, the Mediterranean and temperate regions of Asia. They are high in vitamin C and soluble fibre and contain multiple nutrients with potent anti-cancer properties. Plus they are great for fermenting.

I am currently growing various varieties of Purple and Green Cabbage, Kale, Brussel Sprouts, Broccoli, Bok Choy and Mizuna.

Photographs were taken on a rainy day in the low light after sunset.
